Newly remodeled 2nd floor space. Centrally located to major highways, downtown Springfield with the newly opened MGM casino. It's a fantastic spot in the city! Additional fee will be charged. The space This is a second floor apartment. Very clean and neat. This is an owner-occupied house so please respect the property and mindful of others. Keep driveway gate locked at all times to keep other dogs out of yard. There is a 1/2 acre of property- largest in the neighborhood. However, it is in the city, therefore I have no control over if some nights its loud from traffic or people outside. Some nights is super quiet. Guest access Self check in. Info provide a day or so prior to arrival. No more than 4 guests including small children. Additional fees will apply. Please no added guests unless host is notified. Other things to note There may be guests on the above loft and home owner on floor one. No parties please or outside guests staying without prior approval. This is a relaxation space that you will enjoy. Absolutely NO burning of any kind indoors. No smoking of any kind allowed in any part of the house. There is a patio area that smoking is allowed with proper disposal of smoking material. Leave nothing in yard. Absolutely NO frying /cooking with any oils. This is not an industrial kitchen and grease, and smells build up. making safety and cleaning difficult. Cleaning fee is minimal to cover supplies. Please pick up and leave it as found or additional charges will be applied. Please do not move the furniture around. Thank you.
