Just north of Boston, our home is a mid century ranch we renovated in 2019. The Airbnb is a spacious ground floor living space surrounded by a private cove that is truly breathtaking. 1000 square feet of sunlit comfort. Enjoy the sound of the waves, stunning sunrises and a landscaped back patio that abuts our cliff. In the summer take advantage of the town beach down the street. During the winter relax in front the fireplace. Top it all off with hi-speed Wi-fi – it's a perfect getaway. The space The space has a very open floor plan on the ground level. The space has full kitchen with a gas stove so creating meals is easy. The space opens up onto a sheltered patio with a gas grill. It features a large wood burning fireplace inside and a patio stove. we provide boardgames, books, drawing supplies and if you need to borrow a guitar, we can even set you up with one during your stay. Guest access We live upstairs. You have a separate entrance to the ground floor unit. While you are here, we will be conducting grounds maintenance – watering the garden etc. We will let you know what times we will be coming around. We share the lower part of the yard above the cliff and have hosted our guests to an evening bonfire when the weather is good. The rock formations in front of the house are fragile we ask that you not climb on them. Other things to note We have 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for your days on the beach. Bring bicycles. It's a great way to get around. We make our garage available for storage. Lynn Woods is a 15 minute drive away and it has extensive mountain bike trails. There are 3 beds. A queen and twin in a separate back bedroom and a double in the open area.
