Large Sunny Room in Artsy Vintage Flat with Dog!

I'm a 40+ marketer and street photographer - I'd love to host you! My flat is a large older split level in awesome Davis Square! Classified as a "bed & breakfast home", this is bedroom in a shared flat — easily walkable to coffee shops, restaurants (including one recognized by Bon Appetit & Thrillist ), and retail. Fast subway ride to Harvard Sq or Boston. Room is quiet, sun-drenched, and backyard facing. Street parking. Please note: My dog is animal-reactive so I can't accommodate pet guests. The space COVID-19 UPDATE: Please note that I am NOT allowing guests in my home at this time. It is likely that I will not be allowing guests until sometime in 2021. Sorry for the inconvenience however as this is a shared space, I don't feel it is safe at this time. Thank you. Stay safe and stay healthy so we can see each other in 2021. Eclectic mid-century vintage decor in an older home (i.e. the house has some quirks). Foodie-friendly with a cool hip urban neighborhood vibe. The room is outfitted with two beds for traveling with friends or family. There is a comfy double sized bed, dresser, lots of closet space, AND a twin bed that is perfect as a cozy lounging corner or for those friends who are traveling together!! Guest access Private room on the second floor and use of common areas on the first floor. Please be aware that there is no lock on the available room, in the case that this is a concern/necessity for you. The flat includes the room plus one shared bathroom with tub on the first floor near the front entrance of the flat. Kitchen - fully stocked with cooking tools and fun stuff! Living/dining room for reading or eating meals. FYI- There is no television in the house but wifi is strong for your own online video streaming! I ask that all guests respect my request for quiet after 10:30 PM / before 8 AM as I work in the morning and my bedroom is attached to the common areas, resulting in sleep disruption if guests want to cook, use the washer and dryer (please ask before using), or stay up late chatting in the common areas. During your stay During the week I work at a tech startup a couple miles from the house and will be available to say hello and share a coffee when not working. If I'm not at home- I'm writing at a local cafe or out shooting photos. Happy to be available or give you space. Other things to note Must be super dog-friendly and like dogs with big personalities. I can no longer accommodate pet guests as my dog is animal-reactive. Please be aware of this as I can NOT make exceptions. About Jessica the freckled hound ... she is a loving and excited for life 4-year-old treeing walker coonhound + likely border collie mix. She's very communicative... when she wants attention, she will let you know. You may DM me with any questions about her in advance. IF you have allergies to animals... the house has had MANY dogs come in and out of it, so this may not be a good fit for you. Also, as much as I vacuum and sweep several times a week, I cannot eliminate all dog hair. Please be aware of this in advance as you may occasionally see some hair on the stairs or couch. I do have a smaller room on the third floor that is also listed on Airbnb.
