H/C enclosed outside shower, full bath with tub and shower, washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen and all the comforts of home. This home has central AC, new for the 2017 season. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided. Nearby the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, 9 golf courses within 15 minutes, Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket Ferry located 15 minutes away. Recently updated living room and bedrooms include fresh paint, new furniture and mattresses. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a rolling cooler(with ice packs), sand toys and a wagon are provides for your trips to the beach.
