The Master Suite features a Fireplace, Great views of Flathead Lake, a King Bed and en-suite bathroom a 50” Smart TV as well as Air Conditioning. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed and 2 Single Beds, Big Screen TV, Large Closet, Leather high back reading chair and ceiling fans. This Bedroom has Full Bathroom with Shower as well. The Guest Lodge has a well equipped Kitchen, Dining Area & Living Room with Smart TV. George Forman Grille & Bar-B-Q available upon request. This sizable 2 story Lodge is elegantly furnished throughout. The Kitchen is well equipped and features Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Kuerig Coffee Maker, Toaster and an abundance of Dishes, Flatware, Glassware and Wine Glasses. Each floor is very comfortably furnished and has its own separate Heating & Air Conditioning controls, Satellite TV, and is Netflix accessible. (An Optional 2nd Luxurious Guest Lodge (2500 sq ft), “The North Lodge”, is also available at an additional charge, Message for details; It features 2 Spacious Master Suites with designer furnishings and 3rd Bedroom Bunk Room, Chef’s Kitchen, Great Room, Dining Room, 3 Large Screen Smart TVs, Laundry Facility and a large porch with Remarkable views of Flathead Lake & the forest. It is subject to availability. It sleeps 7 comfortably. Together, the 2 Lodges comprise the G Clef Estate and Sleeps 16 Adults comfortably.) The Compound is Private, Gated and Secure. Entry is strictly limited to Guest Renters who are provided there own entry security code. *There are other rental properties within this 20 acre Compound. Guests have access to outdoor lounging and viewing areas directly attached to their rental properties, hiking paths, and the Horse Shoe Pit. It is a short ride to Glacier National Park, Lakeside restaurants, bars and supermarkets, Kalispell, Whitefish and Bigfork. Guest access Guests are providing a private security access code to enter the gated property at check-in. Permission to enter the grounds is restricted to registered guests only. Guests are welcome to use hiking paths, Horse Shoes and Archery. Guest are strongly encouraged to drive or rent an AWD or 4WD vehicle only while renting the property from mid October through April as surrounding roads snd driveways are generally snowy and icy during winter months and your access to the property might not be possible due to those conditions unless you’re driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle.
