This Private Guest Room has own entry and private bathroom. Just a couple block from famous "City Park" and close to music venues- jazz fest. Walk to stores, restaurants . Located on the back side of our property and has own entry. Ideal place if your looking to be a little out of the downtown city area and desire City Park location, with free secure parking, a patio to enjoy a meal. Ideal for a couple or 2 friends .We are a very pet-friendly. The fee is $ 10.00 per pup cash on arrival. The space The Guest Room is good size for a couple and has the option of a Murphy Pull down bed out of the closet, if you have a 3rd person. Please let us know if you need the murphy bed so we leave linen for the Murphy bed and proper towels. There is a small kitchenette, with a fridge and microwave. Utensils and plates are provided.The outdoor bistro set is for 2 people. Many food stores and local restaurants can be walked or biked too. We are a very pet-friendly. We do require $ 10.00 per pup max 2 per booking, cash on arrival.
