We are accepting short-term or long-term rentals of a 2 bedroom shotgun home. The unit has a full-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and 2 couches. This house is located directly outside of downtown in the historic St. Roch neighborhood. This central location makes going anywhere in the city easy. First come on street parking only. The space The home is a classic double shot gun home. This means that guest must walk through each room to get to the next room. There are doors with locks separating the bedrooms. The kitchen, bathroom, and entrance to the back yard is located at the back of the house. The backyard is a shared back yard. There are two small dogs that are often out enjoying the backyard. Please be mindful to lock the gate behind you if you choose to go out of the side entrance. As this house is 103 years old, there is no central air and heat for this house.
