The space Union City is on the other side of the Lincoln Tunnel, and therefore very close (10 min bus ride) to Port Authority/Times Square area. Beautiful 2BR ground floor Apt, Newly decorated, Great value and Easy &fast commute make it a smart choice for NYC trip. APARTMENT FEATURES: Comfortable Queen size bed in each bedroom with sheets and towels service, Ample closet space, Italian marble floor throughout, Fully equipped kitchen (including: Fridge, Stove, Microwave &Dishwasher), Washer &Dryer, Central Air System, Direct TV and Wi-Fi. The living room sofa is NOT a sofa bed, and should not be used as a bed. Private Parking is available for additional $30 a day. BOOKING: Our policy Is that babies and kids still consider as guests, still uses utilities and still need a comfortable bed to sleep in. We have 2 queens In the apt, and the couch in the living room is not for sleeping. Trust me when we tell you, we don't like to turn a way reservation, but we take big pride on our property and the comfort of everyone. AREA: Steps from the apartment you will find banks, supermarkets, 24Hr deli, restaurants, dry-cleaner, US post office and a 10 minute walk to the absolute most incredible skyline view of NYC (especially at night). TRANSPORTATION: Catch the 24/7 shuttle bus around the corner and go directly to Manhattan's Midtown/Port Authority - one block away from Times Square for $3.50 a seat. It's what all the locals use.On your way back, Entrance to the terminal is on 8ave between 40st-41st. When enter the terminal Take the first escalator say "gate 1-56", than turn right to gate 1-56 Take the stairs all the way down to gate 56 on the right. On the shuttle bus will be a sign: Peterson.ask the driver to stop at the "Post Office" -that is the first stop once the bus come out of the tunnel(URL HIDDEN)City bus "NJ Transit" runs every 20 minutes (during commute hours) to Manhattan & every 12 minutes to Hoboken - home of the Cake Boss. Easy bus access to Jersey Garden Outlet Mall, which is much closer and as good as Woodbury Commons. MORE ON LOCATION: We are much closer to Midtown Manhattan, Times Sq, Theater District, Madison Square Garden, Grand Central, Empire State Building, Saint Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center, than staying in some parts of Manhattan: Wall St, LES, Upper East or West Side above 70th St, all parts of Brooklyn and definitely much closer than staying in Queens/Bronx. Only 2.6 miles to Times Sq, 2.4mi to Madison Square Garden (MSG), and 2.7mi to Empire State Building 2.1 miles from Port Authority. ARRIVAL: If you travel by plane, we can arrange for a car service pickup. The driver will hand you the apartment keys, and could help you with the luggage into the apt. Car service from Newark is $80, from JFK is $125 (Tip and Toll are not included) *Please note that this prices are for up to 3 people (for more than 3 people or more than 2 large suitcases, the driver will need to bring a bigger car which will increase the trip by $20) Enjoy this low price while I build the trust with reviews and come stay in this great apartment!
