Our 1000 sq.ft. air conditioned home has a full kitchen, two bedrooms & bathrooms, and a Lanai. The beach & turtle pond is right across the street! The home has been been decorated & furnished to reflect the unique and spectacular power of Hawaii's volcanic origins, with a tapestry of reds, burgundy and purple hues throughout. The unit has a quiet, cooling feel and was remodeled throughout in 2019 including a beautiful walk in shower, perfect after a long day on the beach. CLEANING FEES ARE DOUBLED ON: 4TH OF JULY, THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY. Guests self-check-in and access the unit via a keypad lock on the main entrance. This keypad code will be provided to the guest prior to arrival. We are available to promptly answer any questions or concerns you have and aim to ensure your stay is as comfortable and welcoming as possible. From here, you can watch the sunset every night before dinner or just relax in the resort hot-tub and watch the palm trees sway above you in the warm breeze. Plenty of transport options: 1. Car rental - Kihei rent-a-car is significantly cheaper than the airport and they will even pick you up from your flight for free! 2. Hawaiian Cruisers - for renting bikes, mopeds, electric bikes and motorcycles is very close by at nearby Azeca mall. 3. Maui Bus - stops on South Kihei Road with connections across the island. 4. Uber & taxi services operate throughout the island It is entirely possible to stay here in the resort without a car - the beach is 1 minute away, the bus stop 2 mins away and the mall including restaurants and a supermarket, a 25 minute walk away. Our hearts are heavy with sorrow for the families and friends who have lost their loved ones, homes, businesses, and livelihoods. We stand in solidarity with all fire victims during this difficult time. We are grateful to share that our condo and complex, located in South Kihei, have been untouched by the fires. In an effort to support the survivors and aid in the recovery process, our owners have decided to donate a portion of the net proceeds through 2023. We understand that some of you are concerned about visiting our paradise amidst these unfortunate circumstances. However, we want to assure you that we still warmly welcome you here.
