The space Plenty of things to do all within walking distance. Beach and the famous Jenkinsons Pavilion and boardwalk with carnival rides, games, aquarium and great food options. No need to drive.... all this and more available just a short 10 minute walk from house. Guest access No Access to garage. Tenant storage located in back under the deck stairs. Other things to note Although we are a pet friendly household we only allow smaller dogs 30 lb or under. Some exceptions are made. If you plan to bring any dogs you must let us know prior to booking your reservation for approval and provide a photo of the dog. As always you will need to clean up after your dog inside and out 4 Complimentary beach badges are provided with reservation. Badges must be left upon checkout for next guests. Please note our home in equipped with central air conditioning. there is just one thermostat on first floor that controls the settings. To insure reliability and prevent any malfunctions the Nest thermostat has a set cooling range of 70-79 degrees which cannot be changed. Please note thermostat has an economy mode whereby it will automatically go to away mode if it senses nobody is home. We ask that you bring your own sheets and towels. PPB does have a sheet and towel service for a fee. Information available on request. We will provide soap, shampoo and start you off with essential paper goods. You may need to supplement these depending on your party size and length of stay.
