Almost 1200 square feet of airy living space with ample, open-floor-plan kitchen, dining and family room areas. Comfortably sized single bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The space The carriage house does share a driveway with the main house. We can accommodate 2 regular sized vehicles on the driveway. Larger work trucks and trailers will not fit.
