This unit fully air conditioned unit is perfectly situated for your family or friends with three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. This condo is meticulously maintained and very well equipped. Enjoy the many outdoor activities that Cape Cod has to offer, plus the luxury offerings of unit 28. The space The Yachtsman Condo Complex is unique to Cape Cod in that it is centrally located in Hyannis to the Hyline and Steamship Authority Ferry to Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard, Hyannis Harbor, and the restaurants and shopping on Hyannis Main Street. The complex also provides a private beach and heated, lifeguarded pool. Guest access This is an entire Condo Rental. Guests have access to 1 assigned parking space, as well as the condo. There are two lovely outside spaces as well. The first floor patio is great for grilling as it opens up to a private, grassy area. The rooftop balcony, also known as "The Sand Bar" is the perfect spot to catch sunrise or sunset. Other things to note We can only accommodate WEEKLY RENTALS. Check in is at 3PM on Saturdays and Check out is at 11AM on Saturdays.
