Our private space is a an efficiency unit located at the back of our house: A room in the back with its own entrance and private bathroom. Your private entrance is from our shared backyard. The rest of the house is occupied by myself, my husband, our daughter, our dog, our two cats, and even some fish! The location is within a 10 minute walk to Rahway train station, downtown Rahway and a local parks. The room is a medium size bedroom with a flat screen TV, with HDMI cable. No channels are currently included with the TV, you can only hook it to your computer with the included HDMI cable. The room has a dresser, some shelves and some hangers. The bed is a click clack style sofa bed, with storage underneath. With the aid of multiple mattress toppers, it is quite comfortable! The bathroom is recently renovated. We welcome well behaved dogs, and for an extra fee will be happy to help you with walking, feeding, etc. You have access for everything that is in your room, and there are no common living spaces. The neighborhood is safe and within a 10 minute walk to downtown Rahway, which offers restaurants and bars. Main shopping malls are within a short driving distance. The room is about a 10 minute walk to the Rahway train station, and there is plenty of street parking. As mentioned earlier - the rest of the house is occupied by our family, which includes a young child and various pets. Please be aware that it is not unlikely that you will hear us through the walls during the day. We do get rather quiet at night time as our daughter goes to sleep, around 9 :) We are also musicians, and have some music lessons in the house. The lessons are at the other end of the house, and in the day time only, but you may be able to hear the lessons never the less. We also sometimes practice or even rehearse, only during the day time.
