One Bedroom condo with a QUEEN bed, a FULL sofa bed, & a TWIN sofa bed. 2 TVs, WiFi & ethernet, 4 beach badges, 2 outside showers w/changing areas, coin op washer/dryer on premises. Note there’s a small step up from the kitchen to living room & condo is on the 2nd floor. Walking distance to the bay crabbing pier, Faria's, Hartland Golf, Ferrara's Bakery, Mystic Lobster! Rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. The space Bedroom includes a QUEEN size bed & a TWIN size sofa bed. Living room includes a FULL size sofa bed. Sleeps a MAXIMUM of 5 with use of the sofa beds (comfortably sleeps 2 to 4 with max of 5). Galley kitchen with full sized appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, electric range, and OTR microwave), pans, dishes, cups/mugs, utensils, tea kettle. Toaster, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and utensils are in the dining area. Free WiFi internet access. Digital hotel-type safe to secure valuables. 5 beach badges and 4 beach chairs provided. Washer/Dryer in shared laundry room. Coin operated machines. Shared patio tables and BBQ. Staircase to the 2nd floor may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Guest access Guests have access to the private condo unit and shared common areas. Owner provides pillows & blankets. Guests must bring sheets, pillow cases, and towels (beach & bath). Our cleaning service will also sanitize all surfaces during changeover periods. 4 beach badges are provided. If tenant or your guests lose a beach badge, tenant must replace each badge with a seasonal badge before leaving the premises. Street parking in front of building or side streets. Other things to note Owner will provide codes to access the keys to the condo on or prior to check-in day. Veterans & active duty Military do not need a beach badge and are provided free access to Ship Bottom beaches - simply show your Military ID at the beach entrance (thank you for your service!!).
