Regarding COVID-19: We are taking extra precautions when cleaning and disinfecting the property. This includes disinfection of commonly used surfaces with EPA registered disinfectant. High use Fabric will be sprayed down with Lysol. The property borders a small park on one side and a creek with mountain views on the other. The park includes a splash park for children to enjoy in the summer months as well as room for fishermen to practice casting. The interior features a tasteful mix of reclaimed materials and modern amenities including wifi, Roku media streaming tvs, and an outdoor therapy hot tub. The tub is situated in a private corner of the yard under a stand of cottonwoods. The building was renovated with an emphasis on sustainable materials, energy efficiency, and smart technology. The house offers quick access to the Yellowstone River (less than 2 minute drive) and the heart of Livignston's charming town center. A 4 minute drive will deliver you to the mile-long Myer's River View trail that offers stunning views and birding! A 4 minute drive in the opposite direction will take you to the lovely Sacajawea Park. The building features a smart lock and other smart technologies that will enable guests to come and go without assistance. I am more than willing to offer additional guidance via text message, phone call, or a quick visit whenever needed. I live next door in the adjacent house. The park features a splash park that is open to the public during the summer months. The house is within a few blocks of a golf course and the fairgrounds where the Fourth of July rodeo is held. Increased employee hand washing, disinfection of commonly used surfaces in bathroom, kitchens, and bedrooms with EPA registered disinfectant. All linens are washed using a “sanitizing” cycle. We’ve also installed air purifiers in bedrooms with built-in UV-C sanitizers to help kill any potential airborne viral particles. These measures are designed to help minimize risk. The therapy hot tub comfortably seats 3 adults, although 4 well-acquainted folks could potentially squeeze into the tub. There are multiple outdoor seating areas and one outdoor dining table.
