They do a very good job blocking off the rooms and hallways that will be worked on but occasionally will have some painting (interior or exterior) going on at the resort. You have all access to the resort amenities on the Marriott vacation club side as well as the Sonesta hotel side. This is your own private hotel room. The hotel defines it as a Parlor. You can message me if you have any trouble at your stay, but the Front Desk is dedicated to making everything right with your vacation and are available 24/7 *When booking a multiple night stay within 1 week of arrival, the hotel will try to ensure you stay in the same room the whole time. Occasionally, they may require changing rooms mid-stay. You're still guaranteed the same room type booked (Ocean Front, Ocean View, Garden View).
