Perfect for families, our house is a great alternative to local hotels, especially during winter holidays, Boston marathon, local college graduation season or a vacation-get-away. -Living room with 36” flat screen TV with Fire TV and access to local TV channels. Enjoy free WiFi. The brown sofa can be converted to a full-sized bed (sleeps 2). Just let us know and we can provide linens, pillows and blanket. -Kitchen with dinning room table, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee brewer, toaster and tea kettle. Stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, coffee cups/glasses and wine glasses. Feel free to use whatever you see around the kitchen; condiments, tea, coffee, etc. -Bathroom with hair dryer, towels, wash cloths, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. -Two bedrooms on the second floor. Main bedroom have a queen sized bed. (Sleeps 2) Second bedroom have a twin over full bunk bed. (Sleeps 3) -Washer and dryer in the basement. Our house is professionally cleaned for your stay. Beds will be made with fresh linens. Enjoy the comfort of a clean and clutter-free home. Guest access This is a side-by-side two family house, but the unit is completely private, no sharing. Entire unit. Washer and dryer in the basement. One off-street parking space. Amber off street parking available in front of the house. Other things to note --NO PETS/ANIMAL. NO SMOKING/VAPING. NO GATHERING/PARTIES. No recreational drugs. No open flames. No excess noise after 10:00 pm. Avoid disturbing neighbors. You will be asked immediately if you violate these rental terms and no refund will be issued for your reservation. --Exterior video/audio security camera always ON- viewing back door/driveway and one viewing the front door. No other camera on premises. --Trash must be disposed using City of Worcester yellow trash bags. Two bags are provided for your stay. Additional City trash bags can be purchased at most supermarkets nearby. --Bedrooms are on the second floor (about 13 steps). Washer/dryer are in the basement. --Please let us know your estimated arrival/departure times so that we can plan accordingly. We will offer flexible check in/out times when possible but we need time between guests for a thorough cleaning. Standard check-out is before 10:00 AM and check-in after 4:00 PM. --Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. --We ask that you leave the house tidy and in good order. Additional cleaning fee may be applied if deep cleaning is required.
