Our restored historic home in downtown Northampton is perfect for folks visiting the area. Whether you're in town for a weekend or a month this house will make you feel like Northampton is your home. Nestled between two brick buildings, it's a great spot for couples, families, business travelers and vacationers. Our home is also great for visiting the local colleges. The space The Historic Williams house offers cozy farmhouse living in the heart of downtown Northampton. Renovated in 2012 with historic preservation in mind, the house has all the modern amenities coupled with tons of charm. Exposed brick in the living room, historic wood paneling in the kitchen and a fireplace (non functional) in almost every room! In the summer the backyard patio is perfect for chilling, grilling and dining. Both queen size beds offer tuft and needle mattresses with all cotton and linen bedding. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the attic, basement. There are 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a living room and the best farm house kitchen around! Plus a shed in the backyard to safely store bikes if needed. Other things to note Please be aware this is an old house. It is beautiful and has a lot of character but the floors are a little creaky and not always perfectly level. The stair case is narrow and spirals.
