Bedrooms are on a separate level than living space which is desirable for guests who wake at different times. LOCATION Located just minutes from downtown Kona, you'll be close to everything this charming town has to offer. Stroll to nearby beaches, local shops, and popular dining spots, or take a short drive to world-renowned snorkeling spots, coffee farms and historic sites. The suite is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to start your vacation as soon as you arrive. We live on the upper floor and rent the the lower-level units. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We live on the property and are happy to answer any questions you might have. We also value your privacy. Plus, take in the incredible ocean view on the large shared deck with saltwater pool. Other things to note This property does not allow children under 15 years of age due to proximity of the pool. As this unit is part of a multi-story home, you can expect normal household sounds of owners and other guests, lawn maintenance, trash trucks on Friday, etc. We have a Nissan Pathfinder listed on Turo for rental. Please let us know if you are interested. You will definitely want a car! After all, it's the BIG island. :) Bedrooms have split unit AC. Living/kitchen area has ocean breeze and fans, but no AC. {Please turn AC OFF when you aren’t in the bedrooms.} * Non-smoking property. While we do everything to keep tropical bugs at bay by providing monthly pest control, these creatures are indigenous to the environment and a few will occasionally make it inside, especially if lights are left on or food is left out. We do not refund or honor cancellations for the appearance of indigenous critters.
