We are 2 miles from Phillips Academy/town and 25 minutes to Boston. Guest access Guests have access to the home excluding the basement (which is a storage area). The entire backyard is private and pool is available 6/1-8/31. Other things to note NO PARTIES, NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS, NO SMOKING INSIDE, NO DELIVERIES (FOOD DELIVERY ALLOWED), NO PETS. There is a camera on the driveway and front walkway to assure adherence to the above rules.
