Old Cape Cottage

I'm the Resident Host here for this simple old cape cottage moved over here from Nantucket years ago now used as airbnb furnished in antiques early attic has a cozy warm feeling about it located near lewis bay or nantucket sound Walking less than 10 minutes from two local beaches Cottage best suited for 1 or 2 adults two bedrooms in each room has 1 full double size bed Bathroom off hall between bedrooms Linens towels provided Secured parking area Beds made up in advance No cleaning fees jon The space The space posted on Airbnb includes the entire first floor flat back and front entrances guest suite and you are the only one who has access to it during your stay here also including a private garden deck private setting off kitchen with an unbrella table / chairs for your use pleasure while here.. Its rather a compact suite however well laid out its ideal for two people . Great location to explore many beaches shops fine restaurants dining nearby . Not far from the Boat yard for boats to the island of nantucket or martha vineyards for day trips.. The unit its fully furnished with two bedrooms with one bedroom rather small however each room has one full bed in it with enough closet space and bureau ...bath and shower off hallway near bedrooms.. We have an outside shower stall with hot /cold its available during the summer season. I'm a Resident / Host manager owner and i live in a unit on second floor.. I have been doing this for over 9 years hosting with Airbnb community exclusively here near Lewis bay in west yarmouth ma. We have AC's for each of the bedrooms and ceiling fans in living room to keep it cool if needed and since we live near the bay it has a natural cooling effect coming off the water to cool us naturally .... A simple dining area set up inside the kitchen dining area also outside using the private garden deck area with a table and chairs for dining .. We provide essentials for basic simple cooking projects. Use of gas stove / oven and microwave for food heating and prep.. Please note no heavy cooking is recommended inside the kitchen area of the cottage such as deep frying or grilling since this type of greasy odor gives off a very difficult odor to clean up unit afterwards and getting it ready for the next guest however simple cooking is fine.. Always use the stove vent when cooking it helps alot If You have any questions please don't hesitate to ask me thanks Guest access The guest have an eat in kitchen set for 4 with a living area tv has a streaming service with most applications and Roku set up .. We have wi-fi setup..pass on tv table. We have a desk area for some business tasks if needed while here.. Outside deck area off kitchen there is a nice quiet private garden dining area for dining or just to relax enjoy at anytime and nice late day sun sets at the local beach is 5 minutes away walking . Outside shower hot / cold in season... Beaches are walking distance from the front door to relax and enjoy. We provide beach chairs / towels for your use when at the local beaches. thanks Other things to note We have wonderful playhouses near by most are open year round to enjoy live acting. My favorite is the wellfleet play house .. You can rent rent bikes here lots bike trails to enjoy this sport ..Or try the famous Dennis railroad bike trails at exit 9 and bike shop available. Rent kayaks near bass river bridge in dennis / yarmouth line fun safe quiet rivers to explore and enjoy this sport .. Local fishing and deepwater fishing boats for hire or to take you out..Hyannis boat go out daily Whale watching up close..Hyannis boat for the whale watch.. Local restaurants there are many to enjoy in the local area i have a list available....ask me I can recommend some favorites . The boat yards for the ferry are nearby ..You could a spend a day or longer on Nantucket or Martha's vineyard with the fast ferry speed boat for a short stay or the standard l ferries .. Museums.. Melody tent in Hyannis live performers from all over the country . We also have some of the best beaches on in the US.. Don't forget to check out the National Seashore beaches some of the best beaches in the country in their natural pristine condition since 1962 when president Kennedy signed for there protection stunning views ....absolutely some of the best beaches in the country on the way to Provincetown ..miles and miles of open beaches..A really nice place to check out when you are here visiting here on the cape
