The space This property is a two bedroom/1 bath duplex. There is a queen bed in each of the bedrooms and a sofa if needed. The unit has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher & coffee maker. Cooking ware is supplied for your personal use! There is a private washer and dryer room located in the basement for you to use! The living room has a flat screen smart tv with access to Netflix. There is a pull our sofa for your use and enjoyment. Along with each bedroom equipped with a smart TV with Netflix as well! You will be able to use the TV during your stay along with high speed wireless internet. This property is a side by side duplex. With completely separate entrances and no shared living spaces. You will have complete privacy with no shared common areas. Entry into the property is controlled by a wireless electronic smart lock that will generate a unique entry code that only works during your stay. 3 professional women live next door. This Airbnb is old house charm at it's finest, if you don't find old homes charming & endearing this might not be a good fit. :-) We also have a pack and play available for your tiny travelers in the bedroom closet Please Note: This property is not well suited for infants or toddlers. We want all guests to have a safe and enjoyable stay, so please consider this when booking. Guest access Guests will have access to their own private unit within a duplex. Both sides of the duplex operate as separate Airbnb rentals, and this unit is entirely private—no shared indoor living spaces. The only shared area is the covered front porch entryway, which provides shelter from the weather before entering your unit. Inside, guests will have full access to their private space, including the living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, two bedrooms, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Enjoy three smart TVs and high-speed wireless internet throughout the unit. A private washer and dryer, designated specifically for your unit, are located in the basement. Please note: while the laundry room itself is a shared space between the two units, each unit has its own washer and dryer for guest use only. Other things to note There are 2 parking spaces on the property to park. If you need additional parking for more cars, there is off-street parking in front of property. The property is a 1897 house with lots of charm. There will be 13 stairs to get to the bedrooms and bathroom in the property. We do not allow smoking in the unit, nor do we allow pets.
