Steps to the beach!

Only four houses away from the beautiful sandy beach! Bright and airy, with views of the ocean. Recent renovations, open kitchen & living area, and sunny outdoor deck provide comfortable spaces for everyone to gather. A short walk to the family-friendly beach & convenient West Dennis location provide endless opportunities for summer fun. Our cottage has been in the family for generations, and we love sharing it with those who seek a relaxing, memorable, and authentic experience on the Cape! The space Our home is a classic Cape Cod "beach house", with many recent renovations and upgrades that provide for a comfortable stay. An open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room provide three walls of windows that make it bright and airy, and plenty of space for the entire group to dine or relax. A sliding door from the kitchen opens to the spacious deck with dining table and seating all around, as well as an outdoor shower, grill and large grass lawn for games. The bedrooms and bathrooms are off of the main living area, giving privacy when needed. The renovated primary bedroom has a king bed, its own private half bath, and a slider that provides direct access to the deck and outside shower to create an ensuite. There is a bedroom with two twin beds, another bedroom with one queen and one twin beds, and an additional full bath. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, outdoor deck, and lawn. Beach chairs are available for use. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are provided for stays of 5 nights or more, but guests should bring beach towels.
