Close to the beach, only 4 houses away. Our place is a quintessential Cape Cod beach house- light, open, and airy, with views of the ocean. Newly renovated in 2020, the open floor plan and outdoor deck bring everyone together comfortably. Our house is good for couples, travelers, and families who are looking for an enjoyable experience on the Cape. The house is very casual and comfortable. The kitchen, dining, and living room are an open floor plan with three walls of windows, making it bright and airy. A sliding door from the kitchen opens up to a spacious deck with a table and seating all around, as well as an outdoor shower, grill and large grass lawn. The bedrooms and bathrooms are off of the main living area, giving privacy when needed. The renovated master bedroom has a king bed with its own private half bath and a slider that allows direct access to the deck and outside shower, creating an ensuite. Guests have access to the entire house, outdoor deck, and lawn. Beach chairs are available for use. The home is located in a quintessential Cape Cod beach community - very casual and bathing suits & bare feet are expected. The road ends at the beach so there is very little traffic, most of which is on foot. Many of the surrounding homes are owner occupied and the neighborhood is very family friendly. There are restaurants within walking distance and the closest shopping center & supermarket are 2.5 miles away. There are smaller markets within a mile. Bed linens and towels are provided for stays of 5 nights or more, but guests should bring beach towels.
