This Guest House is a home with 3 complete levels of rentable space with 3 separate entries. The Main Level, Lower Level and Upstairs Lodge levels are fully furnished with full kitchens, dining, living, and 3 bedrooms on each level. One of those 3 bedrooms has 2 single beds in it on each level. All 3 levels have washer and dryers. Price per level is 125.00 for 4 people per night. Each additional person is $25 extra per person per level per night. Limit 6 people per level. The space This guest house is used for reunions, funerals, weddings, family gatherings for holidays, workers and travelers coming to the area for various reasons. Each level is 125.00 per level per night for 4 people. Over 4 people on a level is 25.00 per person per level per night. There is a 50.00 cleaning fee per level. Each level is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms. Main Level 1st bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd with a king, and 3rd with 2 single beds. Living room, full kitchen, bath c walk-in showers. All you need is food, clothes and your personal items. Welcome to this beautiful Guest House!! Guest access Each Level has its own entry. Lower Level entry is in back of the house. Main Level Entry is on the Front Porch. Upstairs lodge is up the stairs to the balcony entry. Main level parks in front of porch steps. Upstairs lodge parks in front of balcony stairway. Lower level parks in driveway to garage. Other things to note This guest house requires recycling. Please use marked containers on each level. Garbage and recycling is picked up at 9:00 AM on every Wednesday at the curb. Please take your garbage and recycling items to ground level and put in larger containers on East side of house. Garbage bins and recycled plastic/ cardboard bin go to the curb on Wednesday morning or Tuesday evening.
