Room 2 Low Monthly Rates

Private room with Queen sized bed, tv, closet and dresser. We offer low monthly rates so please send me a message if you plan on staying for a full month. Long term renters require a $250 deposit and 1st weeks rent due upon arrival. $50 cleaning fee will be taken out of deposit. Travelers Guesthouse has a fully furnished kitchen and laundry on site. The space Travelers Guesthouse is a shared 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Each room has its own inside and outside door lock. We have Blink security cameras on each outside door for extra security. Safety is no concern though in this area. We also live right next door to the property. Each room has a bed, dresser and TV. We offer wifi and cable TV. The kitchen is fully stocked. We have a washer and dryer attached to the large bathroom. We offer low long term rates. $300 a week if you stay a month or later. $400 a week for weekly rates. $250 security deposit required for long term guests. $50 cleaning fee taken from deposit. Long term guests are required to wash their own towels. Cleaning is one of our top priorities so each person is responsible to keep common areas clean at all times. Parking is on the West side of the house. We have parking for 6 vehicles. Each room has enough to park 1 vehicle and after that you will have to park in the street. Long term renters supply their own personal supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap. During your stay We live next door so you may see us on the property if we are cleaning or fixing anything. Other things to note Kitchen, bathroom and laundry room are shared spaces.
