Our country cottage guest house is located on our small farm, a private family neighborhood, safe and quiet ...yet close to everything. 5 minutes from the Youngsville Sportsplex ! Completely renovated & fully stocked with all of the essentials. The space The house was originally located in a small-town historic district and moved to our 4-acre family farm. You'll enter the house at the back patio into a large eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with everything you'll need ….dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. Dishwasher pods, paper towels and trash bags are provided. The screen-door pantry will store your groceries, snacks and drinks. A large oak table with seating for 8. The living room is fully furnished with a large couch, oversized chair, trunk bench and large ottoman. Books and board games are available, along with cable, large screen TV and free wifi. The master bedroom and private bathroom are located on one end of the house. Luxurious comfortable bedding on a king-size bed, ceiling fan, large screen TV and cable. An oversized dresser is available, along with a large closet. The private bathroom features a large walk-in shower. Lots of towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and blow dryer provided. Bedroom #2 is located on the opposite end of the house, and furnished with a Queen-size bed, and a twin bed. Comfortable bedding with quilts, down comforters and fluffy pillows. A large closet and ceiling fan located in this room. Bedroom 3 was originally designed as an office space, located next to and open to the living room. It's been furnished with 2 twin beds to offer additional sleeping arrangements. Ceiling fan. Please note: permanently affixed shutters serve as a room divider between this room and the living room, however will not provide the privacy of a standard bedroom. The second bathroom is located between bedrooms #2 and #3. Includes lots of towels, additional linens, tub and shower. Soap, shampoo, toothpaste and blow dryer provided. The front porch faces South and shaded from the morning sun. Rockers are perfect for enjoying your coffee while watching the birds visit their feeders. The back patio is a favorite, with the outdoor kitchen area. Complete with a large concrete counter, cabinets, sink with hot and cold water, lots of electrical outlets for the grills, slow cookers and other appliances. Light fixtures offer plenty of night lighting, mini fridge and outdoor table and chairs. A large BBQ pit with charcoal and starter available for use during your stay. Covered parking at the back patio will accommodate 2 vehicles. We live in the farmhouse next door and available to help with your stay if needed. NOTE: Please read our HOUSE RULES prior to booking to ensure our guest house is the right fit for your group. Please respect our space, our family and quiet hours. No large gatherings or parties and inviting visitors is very restricted. Due to special circumstances of our own, we are not able to accommodate pets/animal requests of any kind. Other things to note We genuinely enjoy hosting and we’re happy to share our property with our guests. Our guest house is simple… no luxury living here!
