In-unit laundry. Personal driveway and private entrance (up 1 flight of stairs).. Guest access There is a dedicated driveway for tenant and plenty of street parking available. Biking is encouraged in Ventnor as well. Beach, shops, and eateries are easily accessible via bike or foot. Other things to note There are 2 playgrounds across the street, free for public use (during non-school hours). Beach chairs located in your dedicated shed. Walking distance to 7311, Uncle Ginos, Florida Coldcuts, Hannah G's, Stella, Two Sisters, Water Dog.
