The PATCO train is a short drive, with fast access to Center City and Liberty Bell. The Phila. Airport, Linc, Citizens Bank Park, and BB&T Center are 15 minutes away. Overlooking a tidal creek is the sitting room, which is furnished with a trunlde bed, intended for relaxation, or for sleeping one or two. We offer a luxury 24" high double air mattress if you need one. Sit at the dining table to enjoy a breakfast of cereal, juice, fruit, and yogurt stocked in the mini-fridge. Store and prepare easy meals using the microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy the double windows in each room to catch cross-breezes, or set your preferred temperature on the heating/cooling unit located in the suite. There is also a high-efficiency IQ Air cleaner, with HEPA filter, in the suite. It is rated highly effective against viruses. A private full bath with spacious shower stall and skylight is located in the hallway between your bedroom and the sitting room. We welcome your well-behaved pets. Park in our driveway if you drive in, or have Rapid Rover, Lyft, or Uber drop you from Philadelphia International, which is 20 minutes away. Guest access The rooms are located at the top of a private stairwell inside an enclosed garage. Guests may use the gas grill on the deck, a fire pit in the back yard, and the outdoor seating on the patio. Pets have use of protected fenced yard. Washer and dryer are available upon request. Level 2 fast car charging is available in our attached garage. Other special needs will be accommodated as possible. Many local restaurants are a within a few miles, and many will deliver. A major supermarket is just up the street. During your stay Your four hosts are home at various times, meaning someone will able to address the needs of guests promptly. In addition, emails to hosts will be quickly answered. Other things to note *A large dog lives in the home but will not come into your suite. Please don't enter the main part of home without prior approval. *Level 2 fast electric vehicle charging. *Plenty of fresh towels are furnished before each guests' arrival. Hooks are provided for hanging towels between uses. *We wish to respect our guests' privacy; if you wish us to replace towels or bedding during your stay, please let us know.
