Roomy comfortable, 4 bedroom/3 full bath home, one minute walk to beautiful Lagoon Pond! Right on the bike path. Please note: Sheets & Towels are not included. Airbnb will collect the Massachusetts tax of 11.7% . The space Our goal is for your vacation to be totally relaxing. Wonderful open floor plan on the first floor, great for entertaining. The first floor includes an kitchen that is open to the dining room (with a table that seats 8), large cathedral ceiling family room with 70" TV and 2 sofas completed in March 2023, the living room has 2 sofas and a 55" TV, and a queen bedroom and with full bath that is accessible from the bedroom as well as the hallway. Second floor has the primary bedroom with a full bath and TV, two other bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twins) and another full bath with washer and dryer. The first floor has a large AC unit that cools the Kitchen, dining and living rooms. Each bedroom has its own window AC unit. There are 4 outdoor spaces: a farmer's porch with rocking chairs, a 16' by 14' sun deck over the garage with seating, a large 10' by 30' screened in deck with L-shaped sofa seating and a 8 foot long dining table that seats 10, and new side deck table and chairs . To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the kitchen has every gadget you will need, and there is a gas grill on the patio. Great outdoor shower . Our fantastic caretaker lives around the corner and is available to help with any unexpected surprises. Come and Enjoy! Guest access Our guests have access to the first and second floors of the house (not the basement), as well as the back, side and front yard areas. We have a full front porch that is great for relaxing, as well as a nice backyard that is great for enjoying the weather! Parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
