Our space is private, cozy, clean. It has a full kitchen, living room, a small bathroom and tub room share the bedroom space. Perfect for couples. It is centrally located between Ames and Des Moines. If you appreciate older homes you’ll enjoy the space here. It’s design is unique and interesting style is relaxing and cozy! Many times we don't interact but on occasion we will cross paths!! I always try to be available by phone! Small town close to bike trail and a easy drive to ames or des moines a few local eating places and a nice grocery store. Polk city is worth its short pretty country drive. The town has eating establishments , a beautiful golfing club, fairway grocery , along with big creek park,beach,boat rentals ect. (The “creek” is between madrid and pc!) You’ll need your own transportation. Two apartments on this property a upper level and lower level. You will likely share the drive way.
