Our slice of paradise in Megansett, MA [about 65 miles from Boston, MA or Providence, RI] [seen in aerial photo with 2 cars in front] and is perfect for swimming, boating, snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Walk to the dock, to public tennis courts, to a playground, to an ice cream shop, and to local restaurants. Bike 3 minutes to the head of the 'Shining Sea' Bike Path that runs through cranberry bogs, salt marshes, the shore of Vineyard Sound, and into famous Woods Hole. The space Enjoy gorgeous sunset views while relaxing on the front porch or in the living room, dining room and 3 of the 6 bedrooms. The house also has 2 full baths, 2 half baths, an enclosed outdoor shower, back deck with screened-in porch, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, huge dining table, gas fireplace, wifi/internet, cable tv, dvd player, beach chairs, tables, umbrellas, kayaks and sand toys. On top of beautiful views of the ocean, beach and dock, this friendly house has an open layout and good vibrations! Have a blast preparing food and drink in the fully-equipped kitchen and / or grill on the back porch. Then sit together at the huge pine dining table. The huge table is also perfect for playing card and/or board games, which are in abundance, in the lower part of the dining room credenza. There’s plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and socializing on the windowed front porch and living room, or on the screened in back porch. The fire tv has streaming and live channel access, you can log into any of your own streaming services: Youtube, Netflix, HBO. There is an Echo Studio smart speaker.
