Our second floor (no elevator/lift), newly furnished vacation home is not only a place to stay but to enjoy with all its Hawaiian touches as well as that of our own Polynesian and Filipino culture…such as the artwork from local artists, tapas and fans from Samoa, and capiz tea lights and art from the Philippines. We wanted to keep our condo cozy yet airy, breezy and light. A place to leave your worries behind. With the garden view from the lanai, our condo is protected from the sun as it doesn’t shine directly into our unit. We have a portable window air conditioning unit in the bedroom, no central air conditioning. It’s also less than a 5 minute walk to local supermarket, shops and eateries. Glenn & Girlie Owners Guests will have direct access to property. We are easily accessible by phone, text and email. We love the Waikoloa Village area for its serenity, calm end breezy atmosphere. It’s a short drive to several beautiful beaches, shopping and eateries without feeling touristy. The best way to get around and explore The Big Island is by car. Unit is on the second floor with 15 steps to front door. Elevator is not available. No dishwasher or sink garbage disposal in kitchen. There is NO central AC but we do have a portable AC and ceiling plus floor fans. Our condo is breezy and cools down once the windows and patio sliding doors are open. If your bare feet is sensitive to the natural jute rug, it’s okay to wear flip flops or sandals inside the condo.
