The 1 bedroom 2nd floor ocean view apartment is located in the 1971 addition of the Ship's Knees Inn & accessed from the 2nd floor private stairs & deck. This 750 sq ft space includes a full size, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, a dining room/living room combination with working fireplace, a queen bedroom with private bath, a large private deck & private parking. Amenities include 2 large flat screen TV's, Wi-Fi, AC, buffet style continental breakfast & daily "light housekeeping". The space The apartment is rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday "in season" from mid June to late September at the indicated price & 2 or 3 night "off season" stays during the other times of the year at alternate rates. Requests for "off season" stays at a 2 night minimum are welcomed & responded to promptly with price & availability. Guest access Common indoor spaces at the Inn include our welcome office/living room area, our breakfast room & the area adjacent to the breakfast room. Common outdoor spaces include either of our breakfast courtyard patios, 1 with gas fire pit, our pool area (mid June to early September) & assorted adirondack chairs, hammocks & sitting areas around the property. Other things to note While the Inn is very popular for beach goers, as Innkeepers we are very knowledgeable about the area & activities. We can & do act as concierges for those of our guests who need additional information about things to do, restaurant recommendations & exploring all that the Cape has to offer.
