This charming 200 year old cottage is strategically located in the small seaside town of Cotuit MA. DIRECTLY across the street from quiet Ropes Beach, this summer home has been in the same family for four generations. Beautiful sunrises over the bay and soft sunsets in a peaceful setting are something special to be had here during the summer on the Cape. This is exactly what you would expect in a 200 year old cottage: steep staircase to the second floor with an outside shower. The space Guests can expect a very tranquil atmosphere with friendly locals and quiet times. Other things to note Window ACs are in both bedrooms and new mini-split was installed downstairs for cooling in the summer and heat during the earlier cooler days/nights.
