Clean bedding, towels, shampoo and conditioner included. A/C and heat preset. Outdoor heated pool (Open till 11/1–bring swim suits), Washer and dryer (small additional fee). The space Two to four other persons will share the bath, but some priority availability can be offered. Home owners have a small friendly dog and one cat who will welcome you to the premises. Kitchen use limited to Keurig and microwave, but exceptions considered upon request. Pool open during warmer months. Laundry room at small additional charge. Because we want you to be aware that we have a chicken coop in the back yard with one resident rooster who likes to sing at daybreak.
