The fully equipped Chef’s kitchen features Viking & Kitchen Aid Professional Appliances, 2 Dishwashers, Stainless Steel prep area, Kitchen Island with Dining Stools for 5, Keurig Coffee Maker. Abundance of Dishes, Flatware, Glassware and Wine Glasses. Each Bedroom as well as the Living Room has its own separate Heating & Air Conditioning Systems with independent controls for personalized temperature comfort. The Living Room features spacious Lake Views, Stone Fire Place, 2 8’ Leather Couches, 70” Smart TV with Alexa, Satellite TV, and Netflix accessibility. Each bedroom is luxurious and oversized and features a 50” Smart TV, WiFi and Room to Room Intercom. (Optional when available): 1. The South Lodge: a charming 2000 sq ft oversized 2 Story Guest Cottage can be rented for additional Guests, Staff or Security Detail. The “South Lodge” features 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms: The oversized Master Suite has a King Bed, an attached Private Bathroom, Stone Fireplace and Balcony with amazing views of the lake and a 2nd Spacious Bedroom that features a Queen Size Bed & 2 Single Beds and a Full Bathroom. The South Lodge has its own Kitchen and Laundry Facility for the exclusive use of its guest occupants, 2 Leather Couches, Air Conditioning & Heating, and 3 Smart TVs. Both Guest Lodges are connected to each other by telephone, Room-to-Room intercom & Paging. These additional on-site accommodations are optional and provided at an additional fee to Guest Renters upon request and are of course subject to availability. 2. The Lower Lodge is a Luxurious 1 Bedroom apartment that features a 1 Bedroom King Bed Master Suite with attached private bathroom, a 1/2 bathroom for visiting guests, Hi Speed WiFi, Full Stainless & Granite Kitchen with amenities, Stone Fireplace, Pool Table, 90” Big Screen with sectional couch, Washer / Dryer and Hot Tub (12 Months). 3. The Upper Tree House Cottage features a Queen Bed with attached private bathroom, kitchenette, High Speed WiFi, Washer / Dryer and a Porch with great views of Flathead Lake 4. Lower Treehouse Cottage features a Queen Bed, kitchenette, Desk, Smart TV, with Wi-Fi, en-suite Bathroom with Shower and outside Patio with furniture The Compound is gated and access is restricted to guests and staff who are provided security entry codes. Guests have access to on-site Hiking Paths, Ping Pong, Horse Shoes and amazing views. *There are other rental properties within the compound. Guest access Guests will be provided a private security access code to enter the gated property at the time of check-in. Guests have complimentary access to use Hiking Paths, Archery, Ping Pong Table and our Horse Shoe pit; we only request that whatever is used be returned to its original place & state when from your finished. Glass bottom Kayaks are available to our Guests on a 1st come basis at no charge. Guest are strongly encouraged to drive or rent an “AWD or 4WD Vehicle if renting our property from mid October through April as the surrounding roads and driveways can have seasonal snow and ice and your access to the property will be easier and safer than 2WD vehicles.
