Small, private, apartment. The space See below. Guest access I plan to not stay at the apartment during your stay. Other things to note I plan to not stay at the apartment during your stay. The apartment is quiet. Nobody bothers you. You will have privacy. You will have the apartment all to yourself. The apartment is normally only available on the weekends (from Friday evening until Monday early morning). I am normally away from the apartment from Friday later afternoon until Monday early morning. Check out and check in times on Saturdays and Sundays are flexible. Conflicts in desired check out and check in times are resolved based on which booked guest both asked and was approved for the time first. Normally it's not available during the week. Occasionally it's available for an extra night or two during the week. I will not be using my phone or a computer, etc. and can not be reached starting from Friday about 4 pm until Saturday night after about 7:30 pm. You can self check in and out. There are two doors as you enter the front of the apartment building. The second one is normally locked. Enter through the first entrance door, go up the steps to the top of the steps before the second door. When facing the 2nd door on the right there is a list of who is in each apartment under that there is a small ledge, I plan to leave the keys for the building and the apartment in a lockbox above that ledge below the list. After you enter the 2nd building entrance door turn left then the apartment, A7, is the first door on the left. I also plan to leave the apartment door not locked. There are extra keys taped to the desk in the apartment. Lockbox combination will be provided after apartment is booked. Please return the keys to the lockbox and put the lockbox back in it's proper place when you check out. Thank you. Just so you know what to expect it is not the nicest, fanciest, apartment and there is some clutter of stuff around. The carpet has had professional type cleaning but it is not in new condition. Also, unfortunately, the building controls the heat. There are no individual controls of the heat for the apartment in the apartment. But the windows do open. I plan to leave the 2nd top window in the bedroom partially open. Feel free to close it or open it more if you feel like it. Other windows can be opened. There are some sandbags in the corner and 2 dumbbells under the end of the bed, etc. Feel free to use them in the apartment. If you want I can recommend some exercises, etc. for you to help you with what you want to work on. There is Wifi in the apartment. Wifi information is provided after the apartment is booked. The computer in the apartment is connected directly by a blue wire to the internet. You could use the computer or if you had something like a laptop to use you could connect directly. Besides chrome, internet explorer, etc. there is Netflix, Hulu, Youtube Premium, and Amazon Prime available on the Computer if you want. You could even turn the Monitor to face the bed if you prefer. There is actually a big monitor in a big box in the kitchen closet if wanted to use that to connect that to watch stuff instead of the regular desk monitor. just set it up on the drawers. There is a new big frying pan that can also be used as a pot and a new pot in the kitchen. There is a new microwave. There a new full size refrigerator /freezer. I am leaving some plastic cups, plates, and plastic forks, spoons, and knives in the kitchen for you. There are cleaning supplies by the sink and under both the kitchen sink (including oven cleaner) and under the bathroom sink on the left side. There are different size garbage bags available under the kitchen sink (left side). Before check out please clean up and remove all garbage from the apartment. There are garbage cans in the back of the building. Please make sure the apartment is in good condition when you check out. Return the keys back to the lockbox when you check out. There are blankets, new sets of sheets, 4 new pillows, plenty of new extra hangars, etc. in the bedroom and/or in the bedroom closet mostly in the big bag on the left side of the closet. There is also a new air mattress (twin size) in addition to the Queen size bed. There are new towels and another good towel, and other towels in the bathroom and the bedroom closet. There are other bathroom supplies and a shower curtain. Cleaning supplies above and under the sink (left side).
