PRIVATE TWO ROOMS AND BATH IN A HOUSE. Located 30-35 min or exactly 26 miles to French Quarter. Hwy 90 and I-10 will get you there quickly. The part of the house for rent has 2 bedrooms with king and queen bed and private bath. The house is secluded and appears somewhat country on the outside, yet this is what's hiding for you on the inside :) Internet, mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave, breakfast essentials, dish TV, Apple TV, Fire Stick. The space Master bedroom with attached small size bedroom and the master bathroom are the areas offered for renting. They have their own separate entrance and their own separate a/c unit that only you can regulate while you are using the premises. In addition to very specious main bedroom with luxurious king size bed, there’s a small room with queen size bed available for additional guests. The door leading to the rest of the house is closed and locked during your stay providing a complete privacy. I live in the other part of the house behind that door. Room is equipped with the mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave as well as breakfast essential, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, ice tea or/and other beverage, utensils, cups ... Guest access In case you’d like to prepare a meal that requires more then just a microwave, I have a convection toaster oven and mini double burner stove available for you. Please let me know if you’re going to need them and they’ll wait for you on the improvised cooking station on the front porch. That type of cooking is only allowed outside out of consideration for your personal comfort and comfort of all future guests. During your stay Being a good host and making your stay in my home as comfortable as possible is an imperative. I work part time and will be at your disposal for any help and assistance during the day either in person or over the phone. Other things to note Only 12 min from the airport! Perfect to stay over for early AM airport departures. For your convenience $15 airport pickup/drop-offs, each way, 3 passengers max. Please keep in mind the distance of the house from downtown and French Quarter. To remind you, the place is located 26 miles away from French Quarter. PLEASE don't book my place if this distance might be a problem. Rather find the location more suitable to your needs. Outside guests visiting you, coming to pick you up, stopping by or coming in my driveway and home in any other capacity is not allowed without letting me know ahead of time. If you absolutely have to have someone else stopping by, other then an Uber or a cab driver, please let me know UPFRONT, specify the reason why and let me decide if I want to allow it. PLEASE DON’T HAVE ANYONE WHO IS NOT AN OFFICIAL GUEST COMING OVER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave if there’s an unknown person present at any time in my house. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED.
