Waterfront Retreat in Historic Downtown Plymouth

Location is everything! Within walking distance you stumble upon Nelson Park Public Beach, play ground and water splash pad, Biking trails, Plymouth Rock and the infamous Mayflower. Grab a drink at the Marina and watch the boats come in & out of the harbor. Walking distance to some of the finest shops & restaurants that Plymouth has to offer. Close to all major highways & Just a short walk to catch the whale watching & some of the best Seafood in New England! The space Enjoy the Beautiful Harbor Views and watch the sun rise or set from the Upper Deck. Property is a , 3 Bedroom Condo with Parking & Full Amenities. Beach Towels, Linens & Bath Towels. There are EV charging stations across the street from our home provided by the town. Guest access You will have full access to the house no restrictions with the exception closets in the basement. Other things to note This year, The Interior is newly painted, and linens are all brand new. The exterior of the property is neatly kept up and welcoming. Sleeping Accommodations: There is a pull out coach in the living room. The third bedroom has a twin futon for sleeping. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom two has two sets of bunkbeds and a trundle. There is also an air mattress and space if needed. We have air conditioning on the first floor, master bed and the second bedroom with the bunk beds. No Ac in the third bedroom. Plymouth Ma is a beautiful place to vacation. The Bridge to Cape Cod is only 16 miles south of our home. Boston is only 34 miles north of Downtown Plymouth. Feel free to ask us about Day Trips and other travel considerations if you are new to the area! All bedrooms are on the second floor however there is a Queen pull out coach on the first floor.
