Queen Bee Cottage

A private cottage on 2 acres with wildlife, yet only a bike ride to the beach. Great near town location, near bike path and walk to restaurants. 25 years old min age for booking, of all guests, and ID will be verified. Only registered guests on property. House ONLY has outdoor shower, enclosed with plenty of hot water. Bathroom inside. Kitchenette is large but has no stove or means to cook. Fridge, microwave, but. no freezer- bags of ice avail at deli. 3rd full bed, in alcove- not full privacy. The space We have a large field, full of wildlife- and right next to bike path. Very important- no smoking in the house or on site. There will be a 500 cleaning fee if this is violated and you will be asked to leave immediately. Guest access Owner will meet you with the key and show you around. Other things to note Outdoor shower only- enclosed with plenty of hot water. No pets and NO smoking on or near cottage. Important to note, only registered guests allowed on property.
