This cottage is perfectly located on a quiet street 2 1/2 blocks from beach/boardwalk excitement and one block away from the peace and tranquility of the bay on the other. Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the front porch as the sun rises and then head to the beach for a fun-filled day of sun and fun! 4 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED; RENT, DON'T PACK CHILD NECESSITIES FROM MANAGEMENT CO. FOR AN EXTRA FEE. The space 1 - Master bedroom - located in the back of the home for privacy - features a queen size bed, dresser, full closet and a TV (Netflix and Prime channels available but you need to BRING/USE YOUR OWN PASSWORDS) 2 - Main bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser/mirror and full closet. 3 - First bedroom features a bunk bed with trundle and a full closet. 3 - The living room is spacious yet cozy featuring an electric fireplace and TV with streaming capabilites (BYOP - bring your own password for NETFLIX and PRIME) and internet. 4 - The kitchen offers a table with seating for four as well as a counter with two bar stools for additional seating. It's fully equipped with microwave, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, hosting trays and dinnerware for 8 (plates, bowls, cups and mugs) 5 - The bathroom is newly renovated with a large walk-in shower, shower curtains, bathroom rugs, iron, blow dryer and First-Aid emergency kit. One roll of bathroom tissue and one roll of paper towels are included. 6 - Full capacity washer and dryer are also included. Guest access There is plenty of free off-street parking on the street as well as free parking at the bay which is at the end of the street. Also at the end of the street on the bayside, you will find an Acme for convenient last minute shopping as well as tennis courts and a fully equipped park with training equipment for children and adults alike. Other things to note 1. Beach Gear, Baby Gear, Games and Extra Linen Rentals are available at any time during your booking. 2. Pillows, sheets, blankets, bath towels and a make-up towel are included at no additional cost. 3. We do not permit any towels, linens or blankets to be removed from the cottage. 4. You will need to provide your own personal hygiene products. 5. Guests shall see to their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, etc. when it's prudent to do so. 6. There are smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. TVs do include some free channels, but NETFLIX AND PRIME are BYOP (bring your own passwords). 7. High speed internet is provided but there will be no refunds for outages or any problems with regard to the internet service. 8. Outdoor cameras are installed for your safety and to safeguard the property. Tampering/cutting power from the cameras is strictly prohibited. 9. No large gatherings or parties. Any excessive loud noises/parties will invoke early termination of booking and forfeiture of complete rental amount. 10. Must be 25 years of age to book. By booking under your name, you assume all responsibility for all guests on the property during the reservation period. No unsupervised children under the age of 18 at any time. 11. No adding, removing or rearranging of furniture/appliances inside or outside of property.
