Wellfleet Getaway, Walk to Lt Island, Deck & Yard

Our family has come to Wellfleet every summer for some time now and we recently purchased this home and remodeled it for a cozy, minimalist feel. We're excited to share this special place with you! Take a stroll over the famous Lt Island bridge (1/4 mi) to one of the island's uncrowded beaches (1 mi). Large deck with dining, lounging, and bbq. Close to restaurants, the bike path, and numerous beaches! Come listen to the birds and relax! NOTE: July/August: Bookings are by the week, Sat->Sat. The space It's a small home, a 1967 mid-century modern ranch. On the main / upper level, there are three small bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub/shower, and an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The whole home has air conditioning and heat via a mini split system added in 2024. The living area includes a sofa, lounge chairs, and a 55" TV with Roku allowing you to log in to all of your streaming services. The dining table has seating for 6. Kitchen is fully stocked with most everything you'd need to make home cooked meals. The lower level of the home was remodeled in 2024 into an open concept suite complete with a queen sized bed, desk, futon that folds out into a king or 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom complete with walk-in shower. The laundry is located on this level as well. There is parking for 3+ cars. We've added an Tesla Universal EV Charger, which has both J1772 (Non Tesla) and NACS (Tesla) plugs. Guest access The home is yours during your stay. You'll have access to the entire property. The main living area is located up a flight of deck stairs. The lower level in-law suite (walk out basement) is accessed via exterior two sliding doors with a small step off of the carport. Note there is no interior access between the main level and lower level. Other things to note The home is located in the woods and in close proximity to coastal wetlands. With this wonderful tranquility comes a fair share of wildlife and insects. We do our best to keep this under control but please note it is an old beach cottage.
