The space This Airbnb has a unique open floor plan that provides lots of space to spend quality time together in the kitchen and living room. **A closet in the kitchen contains the microwave and toaster as well as other cookware and storage to create more counter space. A free standing gas fireplace eases the chill if you get cold in the fall/winter seasons. This is shut off during the summer time. The master bedroom consists of a queen size bed, large walk-in closet, and its own TV and Roku. The secondary bedroom consists of a queen size bed and a single, twin size bed. The couch in the living room can be converted into a fourth bed if necessary. Please no smoking or pets! Guest access Guests have private entry and exit to the property. The upstairs is another Airbnb and may be occupied by another guest or party during your stay. However, both entries are kept separate to ensure the place is all yours! Self-check in and keyless entry. Entry code provided by host through text. Parking is available on the property for guests. No on-street parking allowed (bike lanes prohibit this). A carport may be available for use (final details and instructions provided upon check-in). **Trailers and larger vehicles can be tough to park here, so please check with host before booking if you will be driving a bigger truck or pulling a trailer. Other things to note Please read and adhere to all instructions for check-in and check-out, provided on paper in the rental and by text from host. Vacuum cleaner and some cleaning supplies are provided to keep the place clean during your stay and upon checkout. Internet and wifi are available. Please - no pets and no smoking of any substances in or on the property. Gatherings or celebrations of any kind require pre-approval of the host. Additional approved guests that spend the night will be subject to additional overnight fees. Quiet hours are 10pm-6 am. Please do not leave children unsupervised.
