Great home for families our large groups with off street parking and easy access to public transit. Dogs allowed for an additional $50 per day fee (2 dogs max). Please mention in your request if you are bringing a dog. No cats due to allergies. The space Our home is unique in that it is a 5 bedroom home with plenty of beds in Cambridge with easy access into Boston. Window air conditioning units are available for the common space and 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The other four bedrooms have double beds and each room has an additional mattress (2 normal sized twin mattresses, one slightly smaller memory foam twin mattress, and 1 toddler mattress). The extra mattresses are tucked behind the clothing storage units and have low ceilings, but could work well for children or young adults (see photo). They can be pulled out into the bedroom if preferred. We also have a double air mattress which could be used downstairs, and two pack-n-plays for small children. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you would need to cook, and we have a nice grill on the back porch. We have WiFi and a desktop computer available for your use. The home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. The full and queen beds will be prepared for you with clean linens and towels will be provided for all guests. You will be provided with linens for the twin and toddler mattresses on the floor, but in order to keep cleaning fees down we ask guests to make these beds yourself if you choose to use them. The four upstairs bedrooms with double beds were just renovated in 2014. All other rooms were repainted and hardwood floors refinished in spring 2016. The home contains many supplies for young children, including two clip on booster high chairs and two baby gates (one for a stairway, and the other blocks off access to the another stairway). There are many games, toys, and children's books available. There is a fenced in yard with a play structure and some toys. Guest access Our home is the top two floors of a two-family home and you will have it entirely to yourselves. The backyard space is shared. Other things to note We are rent out our family home while we are on vacation. We can clear out a couple drawers upon request but note that our personal belongings will be in the home.
