The 6th floor unit features an open floor plan with Large Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen ALL overlook the beach with unobstructed views of the ocean. A private deck opens from both the living room and master bedroom, perfect for dining and relaxing. The building has a heated swimming pool, 2 elevators, and 2 parking places with each unit. There is an outdoor shower, a sun deck next to the poo w/ chaise lounges and gas grills. The space Park Place is the only 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo in the 24 unit complex! Guest access Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces #43 outside and #8 undercover. Guests also have access to the private President pool and sun deck along with the shared outdoor grills. Other things to note No night swimming. Pool closes at 6 pm.
