2 Bedroom Apartment in Union Square Somerville

Our apartment is located near Union Square in Somerville. Everything you need is within walking distance--grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. It is a fairly busy area, but with a neighborhood feel. The space can accommodate 4 adults that are looking for a comfortable, homey stay! This space is our home, so some of our belongings will be there. The photos are of the current "lived-in" condition, but it would be much more clean and tidy when you rent the space! The space The apartment has two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms we utilize as an office currently, but we have an inflatable mattress with built in electric pump for that room (super easy to use)! The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room and dining room are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is my favorite room in the apartment! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Some of our personal belongings will be in the apartment (in dressers, closets, etc.) but we will also make sure to clear some space so guests can store their belongings comfortably! Other things to note 1) We own a dog (he will not be present during your stay!) and although the apartment is cleaned thoroughly for your stay, I wouldn’t recommend our place for anyone with a dog allergy! 2) We DO have window AC units in both bedrooms! If you aren’t from New England (like me!) you may not be as familiar with them. They will keep the bedroom cool while you sleep, but some people find them a bit noisy. The common spaces don’t have AC units and can get warm in the summer! We have ceiling fans throughout the apartment and additional fans you can use, but I want to be up front about what you can expect for air conditioning as it can get HOT in summer. :)
