This two bedroom + upstairs sleeping loft area home is fully equipped with all the amenities; full kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, dishes, silverware, pots & pans. We have complimentary k-cups, Pur faucet water filter, spices and a variety of snacks for your enjoyment. The 4 piece bath comes equipped with hair dryer, fluffy bath & beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, q-tips and cotton balls. The living room is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan, large comfy couch, 2 recliners and 60” flat screen tv with blu-ray player. (We have a variety of blu-ray/DVD’s for your viewing enjoyment as well.) Adjacent to the living room is a comfy window seat with drop leaf table where you can curl up with a cup of coffee and gaze at the lake views. The Master bedroom upstairs boasts a king size memory foam mattress with sitting area, AC unit, ceiling fan, walk in closet, bookshelf with many books for your enjoyment (feel free to take one home with you), 40” flat screen tv and fresh bedding. Our downstairs guest room has gorgeous lake views, private entrance, AC unit, queen size memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, roomy closet, flat screen tv and fresh bedding. The upstairs loft has fabulous views, a twin trundle bed with memory foam mattresses and fresh bedding. The main floor game room/office offers a bar height game table with chairs, desk & chair, games and windows on two sides with wonderful views. There is a pedal boat and fishing boat for your use as well as a Weber gas grill, fire pit and wharf where you can dock your own boat if you wish.
