It is a hidden house. Please be aware that the turn from Commercial onto Youngs Court is tight. The well located 3 bedroom house, has a private wrap around yard and amazing water views! Located right behind the Packard Gallery and sitting on a hill, the house is reached via Youngs Court, a shell covered private driveway two buildings towards town from the Packatd Gallery. This comfortable home has a large deck for sunrise and moonrise views. Located on private land with ample parking, wifi, a small kitchen with a 10' work space and water views, open living room, 2 bathrooms , one with laundry. The birds make the most noise and they start at sunrise. I love waking up to hear them singing. With the windows open you can hear the waves on the beach at night.
