The space Our home features a serene Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The king-size bed offers comfort, while ample storage space, his and her closets, a dresser, and abundant natural light enhance the room's charm. The cozy Guest Bedroom includes a queen-size bed, closet, chest of drawers, and a large window with views of the backyard. Positioned next to the guest bathroom, it offers easy access to a spacious bathtub, shower, and oversized vanity. The open-concept Living and Dining Room creates a spacious atmosphere for relaxation and dining. Enjoy entertainment on the 50” Smart TV and log in to your own accounts. High-speed, reliable internet makes staying connected a breeze. The Dining Area, just steps from the kitchen, seats up to 6 guests. The Kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and a large island. We provide everything needed for a home-cooked meal, along with complimentary coffee and tea. Step outside to the attached floating deck, where you can relax with morning coffee or evening drinks, accompanied by the peaceful sounds of nature. For guests staying 7 days or more, the Laundry Room in the basement foyer is available for use. The spacious Backyard is perfect for relaxation, featuring a picnic table, hammock, and a partially fenced area for your pets to roam freely. Other details to note: We welcome a maximum of 6 guests per reservation. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests. For the comfort and safety of all, we kindly ask that you refrain from rearranging the furniture, as this could cause damage to both the furnishings and the floors. We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! Please let us know the number of pets you're bringing. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. We provide pet bowls for your convenience. For your pet’s safety, please keep them on a leash when in the driveway or front yard. Kindly clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. A pet fee of $50 per pet applies. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages to the property or furniture Guest access Guest are granted up to 2 complimentary parking spots in our driveway. Any additional vehicles can park on the curb located right in front of our house. Other things to note We only allow a maximum of up to 6 guests. Your reservation should show the correct occupancy upon booking. While staying with us, please refrain from moving the furniture around since this could damage both the furniture and our floors. As noted prior, our laundry room is available for stays longer than 7 days. Laundry access for shorter stays will require an additional fee. We welcome your furry friends (pets)! You must disclose the number of pets you plan on bringing with you. While staying with us, please keep your pets off all furniture and beds. We provide pet bowls for your convenience. For the safety of your pet, always have them on a leash while in the driveway or the front of the house. Please pick up after your pets and dispose trash properly. There is a $50.00 pet fee per pet. You will be financially responsible for any damages done to the property and/or furniture.
