You'll be staying at our family home while we're away attending to some family business. Our home is ideal for a family with kids but will accommodate an all adult group as well. The whole house has been recently remodeled and the yard has been sodded. The property is gated and has parking for 2 cars. The gate needs to be opened and closed manually. AC in all rooms except back and front porches. Split AC in bedrooms and living room. Pictures were taken prior to installation. Attention: The State of Hawaii requires us to collect 17.75% (4.5% GE, 3% OTAT, 10.25% TAT) on the rent from every guest. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. When you book from us, we'll send you a separate Airbnb request to pay this tax. Our home is very functional and designed for families. The kids room has a beautiful rainbow mural with a bunk bed that consist of 2 single beds and 1 full bed and the parents room has a big king size bed with new memory foam mattress. The playroom is a screened in porch and offers an addition sleeping spot on the brand new futon. There are 3 TVs, one in the master bedroom, one in the living room and one in the playroom (this one has a bit of a connectivity issue because it's far from the router but also has the option to cast from your phone or computer). All have Netflix, prime video and Disney channels ready to go. The bathroom is also designed for families as the tub is inside a large walk in shower with 2 shower heads in addition to the hand shower in the tub for washing dirty little kids. The pebble floor in the walk in shower will help massage your feet while you get the kids cleaned up. The kitchen has every appliance you might need. Coffee bar, toaster, blender, food processor, instant pot, slow cooker, panini maker, kitchenaid mixer etc. We removed all our personal belongings (clothes, picture albums etc) from the house but will leave toys, food etc and you're welcome to use it. We also left a big bin with our hurricane food stash for emergencies. We change that out every 2 years. There's also a desk with a printer and shredder if you want to do some work. We left our secondary monitor for our guests to use as well. The yard has recently been redone but unfortunately I wasn't able to get a good picture before I had to leave the island. We added golf quality sod, a swing structure and trampoline for the kids, a picnic table with large overhead umbrella and Bluetooth path lights that are also speakers. We've been having outside dinners pretty much every night since the improvements. So nice! We moved all our stuff out but you will find evidence that this is not your typical vacation home. All closets and dressers are empty but we left our kid's toys, tool box, junk drawer, lots of cleaning supplies etc The entire house consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, 2 covered lanais (patios), and backyard We will be out of the state during your stay but you'll be able to contact me through the airbnb app or direct text messaging me. I will also coordinate with friends locally to be a point of contact in case you need something or any emergencies arise. We live in a great neighborhood, right at the entrance of Haleiwa town. Location is very convenient and you can easily avoid traffic in both directions if you time things correctly If you dont plan on getting a car, no problem. Our house is right on the bike path and also a short walk to the bus stop. We're located 10 minutes from Waimea bay and 30 minutes from the Honolulu airport.
